Forward-thinking and commercially driven with a passion for providing support to businesses when it is needed most.

Tim Price

Tim Price

Operations Director

Tim Price is the Operations Director at Park City. Prior to joining Park City, Tim had 25 years of business leadership experience operating at both UK board and US corporate levels. His extensive background allowed him to bring a wealth of knowledge, expertise and guidance to the team at Park City.

HR Operations Manager

Operations Manager Jennie is a Chartered MCIPD. She is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the HR team to maintain excellent standards of delivery to our clients. In addition to this, Jennie has an important role in strategic planning and decision-making at Park City Consulting.

Leoni Harvey

HR Business Partner
Leoni is an associate member of the CIPD and has worked in generalist HR roles for 8 years in the not-for-profit sector providing HR advice, ER resolutions, recruitment, training and coaching and support to managers from a range of departments including Retail, Licensed trade, Health and Safety, Welfare and Lettings. Leoni has achieved a CIPD Level 3 Diploma in HR Practice, and ILM Level 5 in Management and Leadership and is currently working towards achieving a Level 7 Advanced Diploma in Strategic People Management.
Penny

Penny Longford

HR Business Partner

Penny is a fully qualified member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development with 25 years of experience in Human Resources, including Retail, Charity and IT sectors. Penny's most recently employed role was Director of HR and Health & Safety at Notcutts Ltd. Penny has worked with Park City both as a client and as an HR Consultant. As an experienced trainer, Penny has designed and delivered a range of training courses.

Tasha Markham-Lee

HR Advisor
Tasha is a Level 5 CIPD student, advancing her skills in HR after excelling at a reactive property maintenance firm. She will become an associate member of the CIPD and will continue her professional development with her aspirations set on level 7. Tasha gained hands-on insights into people challenges in the construction industry. Her career spans roles in a local authority and a sports supplements manufacturer, always focused on holistic solutions for commercial success.

Roly's dedication to health and safety at work was recognised in 1999 when he was honoured with an MBE for services to this area. As well as consultancy work, Roly is a health and safety trainer at Park City, where he brings his wealth of knowledge to help keep workplaces safe and efficient.

Aimée studied at the University of Essex where she received first-class (honours) with her Bachelor of Science Psychology degree. Aimée studied cognitive and psychopathological science fundamentals such as how the brain operates, learning how and why people think the way they do and comprehending the extensive theories behind it. She will be taking these transferrable skills into her role at Park City.

Meet Stefanie, our Financial Controller. With years of experience in finance, Stefanie took time off to support her son's journey as a Paralympian. Now back in the finance world, her dedication and passion shine through in her work. Stefanie loves numbers and exploring new adventures, making her a valuable asset to our team.

Hayley is an experienced and dedicated customer service professional who has developed a wide range of skills and experience in the B2B media sales industry, having started her career in retail before moving into private business travel. Over the last 12 years, she has served as a sales manager, implementing strategies to improve customer satisfaction and drive revenue growth. By motivating and inspiring her team, she was able to increase customer retention and develop long-term partnerships with clients.

Ken Hawkes

ISO Consultant

Ken has a lifetime of experience with Quality management systems in very senior positions implementing and assessing them across five continents. A toolmaker by trade, his experience covers all manufacturing sectors as well as civil engineering, asbestos removal and the supply of temporary staff to the security and hospitality sectors. Ken leads Park City's ISO implementation and maintenance service for clients.

Shannon has been consulting for a number of years helping clients achieve and maintain ISO certifications in the UK and internationally in a variety of industries, including oil reclamation and plastic recycling, construction, waste management and manufacturing. Shannon has a Bachelors's and Masters's degree in environmental science as well as being certified to conduct ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 audits.
