Level 3 CMI Diploma – Principles of Management & Leadership
The CMI Level 3 diploma is a ‘gold standard’ accredited award aimed at all first line managers, team leaders and supervisors who have a level of managerial responsibility. The practical qualification will help delegates develop their personal management skills to improve the operational efficiency of their team. This includes resource planning, developing individuals and teams, and managing quality standards.
