In the recent edition of Essex’s Business Connected magazine, Park City discussed the benefits of using E-learning when employees need training.
“The Health and Safety at Work etc Act 1974 (expanded by the Management of Health & Safety at Work regulations 1999), requires employers to provide whatever information, instruction, training and supervision as is necessary to ensure, so far as is reasonably practicable, the health and safety at work of your employees. The training is particularly important as part of a new staff members induction. But for a small to medium business, what is the most cost effective way to meet this requirement?”
