As our service provision also includes HR support and advice, we continue to see an increase in the level of detailed procedural support and advice required to ensure that any redundancy needs are planned and managed in a sensitive and professional manner, following not only the recognised employment legislation but also best practice for the benefit of all concerned.

You will be pleased to know that you are not alone and Park City can support you every step of the way, if you have these difficult and in most cases emotional decisions to make and then implement, our experienced HR team will do the heavy lifting for you.
