How to Apply for a grant through the Kickstart Scheme

Kickstart Scheme

A common question right now amongst business owners is how to apply for a grant through the Kickstart Scheme. The Kickstart Scheme presents a good opportunity to create new 6-month job placements for young people who are currently on Universal Credit and at risk of long-term unemployment.

If you are looking to create job placements for young people, check if you can apply for funding as part of the Kickstart Scheme. There are two ways to do this:

Apply Directly

If you are looking to place 30 more young people, you can apply directly.

Find someone to Apply for you

If you are looking to place fewer than 30 young people, you can find someone to apply for a Kickstart Scheme grant on your behalf.
