Hybrid working has gained much traction throughout the pandemic, with more and more organisations looking at using hybrid working as their working way of choice.
But what is hybrid working?
Hybrid working is working not only in the workplace, but also remotely, such as at home. Using a variation of the two places of work may help to get the best pout of your employees as well as for the business needs.
During the pandemic hybrid working is a great way of keeping employees engaged and motivated with the opportunity to work collaboratively with colleagues in the workplace, whilst also keeping the amount of employees within the workplace lower than there previously may have been to help with social distancing measures. It also allows employees the ability to work remotely on other days which is some cases reduces the commute to work significantly and allows for additional time with families prior to and after the working day has finished.
At Park City we can see the benefits to the business using a Hybrid model of working ensuring that our clients are still getting the service they need and deserve, along with allowing our employees the flexibility to not always travel to our offices.
We have drafted a Hybrid Working policy for our clients which may be of use. We recognise that it may not be suitable for all clients and businesses to undertake a Hybrid working model, but for those who it will benefit we have a policy that we can tailor to meet the needs of your business.
If you benefit from Park City’s HR service your HR consultant will be in touch to discuss the Hybrid policy and whether it can be of benefit to your business. If you do not have our HR as a service, contact us today and we can discuss how we can help you.
