Sandra Grimback is an Associate member of the CIPD with a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources and Psychology and a Masters in Human Resources Management. She graduated from Manchester Metropolitan University in 2012 and has since gained experience in HR working for one of the UK’s largest care providers Care UK.
At Care UK Sandra was responsible for providing first line HR advice, advising on policies and procedures handling whistleblowing and supporting her team with various projects, surveys and administration.
Sandra moved from Sweden 7 years ago and worked for American Express as a Network Analyst prior to commencing her course at university. She moved to Manchester from Brighton to do her degree and has recently relocated to Colchester.
Sandra enjoys socialising with friends, dining out and is currently getting to know her way around Colchester and exploring the town.
Sandra will be responsible for the HR helpline and provide advice on HR issues whilst supporting the team in dealing with HR queries and administration work.
