New Job Support Scheme

We confirmed that once the details of the Job Support Scheme had been released we would issue you Park City’s interpretation of how this could be used to your benefit.

The announcement has been made and many Government briefing papers released but as yet the official Government guidance has not been issued

In order to provide you with an overview of how the scheme is structured and importantly the value of the support offered by the Government in addition to the criteria employers will need to satisfy, Park City’s HR team have reviewed the announcement made and available information in detail and drafted an “overview of the scheme”

We will add further to this once the official guidance is released towards the end of this month, for now, Park City’s Job Support Scheme overview will allow you to start to understand what is available not to replace the Job Retention scheme and how you might best use this to support your business and your employees.

As with the coronavirus Job Retention Scheme (Furlough), you are required to confirm the employee’s agreement to go onto the Job Support Scheme, there are 5 differing agreements depending you your organisation’s requirements, please contact your HR consultant who will review the requirements with you and provide the relevant agreement for your business.

Please call our HR team if you have any immediate questions.

Always available for you and always with you.
