New Legislation Changes Are Coming Soon!

Park City would like to let you know of some up and coming Legislation changes due to come into force on the 1st October 2013.

Reporting of Injuries Diseases and Dangerous Occurrences Regulations 2013

New legislation in the RIDDOR 2013 replaces schedules of major injuries & work related illnesses with shorter lists & reduced list of dangerous occurrences.

 

Regulation to amend the Health and Safety (First Aid) Regulations 1981

New Legislation in the Health and Safety (First Aid) Regulations 1981 as amended, removes requirement for HSE to accredit providers of first aid training.
