Our teams at Park City have continued to review and interpret the ever-increasing release of Government guidance. Since yesterday morning, there have been 100 guidance updates!
The good news is that the majority of the updates are related to the simple change of the Isolation period from 14 days to 10……….. If you have any doubt about how this may impact your staff returning from overseas or staff who have been asked to isolate please contact your lead consultant and we will advise you of the impact, we anticipate that this will not have a significant impact on any of you.
Here are the guidance updates that you would benefit from reading and understanding how you and your business should respond;

Tier 3 New Areas
As you will all have read the change of Tier levels for London, parts of Essex and Hertfordshire will have a significant impact on many business sectors.
The Job Retention scheme or Furlough, being extended offers some comfort to business leaders that their staff costs can be reduced and staff retained, however, we are acutely aware that business leaders need to make decisions based on the long-term benefit of the business and staff and as a result redundancy, restructuring and redefining roles and responsibilities are all areas that many are already putting into action, with our support.
Creating agile, flexible, trained and motivated teams will be essential as we move to a post-Covid economy.
There is much commentary on the mental health of staff working from home and we have supported our clients who identified this as an area of concern for their business, equally and as important, we at Park City recognise that being a business leader at this time can be a lonely and challenging place, the mental health of Leaders and Directors at this time is a concern also, with Park City as your business partner supporting HR and or Health and Safety related issues you are never alone, you have the support of your lead consultant teams and a direct line to the Experienced and sympathetic Directors of Park City, you are never alone and we are stronger together.
Be safe,
Tim and Juliet |Price
