He achieved his Level 7 CIPD qualification from Anglia Ruskin University in 2021. Jacob is highly motivated by delivering excellent service and ensuring client satisfaction. He thrives in fast-paced environments and values teamwork, regularly learning from others to broaden his knowledge and bring fresh ideas to his work.
