We are aware that this may create added challenges, there are schemes the Government are implementing to replace the Job Retention Scheme, although it is recognized this will fall short of the benefits to businesses and individuals provided up to now.

If you need to discuss in detail what your options may be to reduce staff working time or costs please talk to our HR team, in confidence, they are experienced and have already assisted many clients in order to ensure their businesses remained viable and operational.

What’s available to replace the Job Retention Scheme?
We have the Job Support Scheme, we have released the initial information to you on this, if you still need clarity or help to understand how you can benefit from this new scheme please call our HR team.

We also now have the Job Retention Bonus, detailed below, More to follow on this as Government releases the detail and the mechanics of how this will work.
