By the end of this diploma, you’ll have the skills to manage individuals and teams, set and monitor goals, give guidance and manage day-to-day operations.

On successful completion of the course, you’ll be eligible to achieve Foundation Chartered Manager (fCMgr) status, providing a valuable stepping stone towards full Chartered Manager (CMgr) status. Following completion, the CMI Membership Team will contact you directly with an invitation to complete the next steps required to achieve your Foundation Chartered Manager status. They’ll also provide information about continuing your CMI membership once the complimentary membership period included with your registration comes to an end.
