A recent Acas employer and employee regional tracker survey has identified the key issues that both employers and employees expect to face in 2015.
The biggest issues found in the survey below facing both employers and employees are Terms and Conditions, with the second biggest issue for employers being long-term absence/sickness; however the next biggest issue for employees is flexible working hours.
With zero hours contracts featuring heavily in the media in recent months, surprisingly only 8% of employers and 7% of employees thought this would be an issue in 2015.
On a positive note, only 2% of employers think that redundancies will be an issue in 2015, but 7% of employees still hold a concern. Interestingly a whopping 91% of employees expect to face at least one of these issues in 2015.
